Thank you for shopping with The Plant Owl Shop. We take great care to ensure that our plants are healthy and well-packaged so they arrive at your door in good condition.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of living plants, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once they have been shipped. We do not offer refunds on any purchases. Please ensure that you have selected the correct items and shipping address before completing your order.
Damaged or Unhealthy Plants
While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, we stand by the quality of our plants and guarantee that they will arrive healthy and in good condition.
If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us at theplantowl@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the plant and packaging. We may, at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis, offer a replacement or store credit.
Delivery Service
We cannot be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect shipping addresses, delivery delays, or failure to receive your package. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
