We take great care in preparing your living plants for shipment to ensure they arrive healthy and in good condition. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
Shipping Provider
All orders are shipped using a third-party shipping provider. Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. We do not control or influence the processes, timelines, or policies of the shipping company.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and the carrier’s service schedule. While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by the shipping provider.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. You will see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Seasonal Shipping Precautions
Because our products are living plants, extreme temperatures during certain seasons may impact the health of your order during transit. To help reduce risk, during hot weather, we may delay shipping slightly to avoid transit over weekends and reduce exposure to heat.
We do our best to monitor weather conditions and will notify you of any necessary shipping adjustments or delays for the safety of your plants.
No International Shipping
At this time we only ship within the Republic of South Africa. We do not offer international shipping.
Responsibility & Liability
We are not responsible for any delays, damages, lost packages, or other issues that may occur once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier. Any claims regarding shipping delays or damages incurred in transit should be directed to the shipping provider.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
